Dips

Serve one amazing dip or several to allow guests to sample a variety of flavors. You can't go wrong with creamy ranch dressing accompanied by fresh vegetables. Make other traditional favorites, such as guacamole or taco dip, to please a crowd. Or create a warm artichoke or cheese dip.

Cheese Tray

A cheese tray is a classic party appetizer that never fails to satisfy guests' appetites. Create a varied mix of cheeses using both firm and soft varieties. Cut harder cheeses, such as cheddar, into cubes and insert a toothpick into each one for convenience. Accompany soft cheeses, like Brie and Camembert, with a spreader. Enhance the cheese spread with crackers, mini toasts and fresh fruit.

Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are easy to make but taste like you spent a long time in the kitchen. Hard-boil as many eggs as you need to accommodate all guests. Create a creamy filling using egg yolks, mustard, mayonnaise and a salad dressing mix. Top each egg with a sliced black olive to add interest to the presentation.

Bruschetta

Bruschetta looks like a gourmet appetizer but takes only minutes to prepare. Grill or bake sliced French or Italian bread to create mini toasts. Top the slices with cheese, pesto, marinara sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, prosciutto or grilled vegetables.
